These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of petsetstayandplay.com (the “Website”), operated by Pet Set Stay and Play LLC (“Pet Set,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, submitting a form, uploading information, or using a booking tool available through the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Website Purpose
The Website provides information about Pet Set’s grooming, boarding, daycare, bathing, nail-care, and related pet services and allows visitors to contact us, request services, submit pet information, and access third-party booking tools. Website content is provided for general informational and scheduling purposes and does not constitute veterinary advice.
2. Eligibility and Authorized Use
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into an agreement to submit a booking or service request. You represent that information you provide is accurate, current, and submitted with proper authority, including any pet vaccination or care records.
3. Booking Requests and Third-Party Platforms
Submitting a form or selecting an appointment online is a request and does not guarantee service until Pet Set or the applicable booking provider confirms it. Booking, account, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms presented by a third-party platform or provided during confirmation may also apply. Third-party services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
SERVICES, PET INFORMATION & ACCEPTABLE USE
4. Services, Prices, and Availability
Services, prices, staff availability, facility capacity, hours, and promotions may change without notice. Website errors may be corrected at any time. Pet Set may decline, reschedule, or discontinue a service where reasonably necessary for pet health or safety, staff safety, facility operations, or compliance with applicable policies or law. Any service-specific agreement, vaccination requirement, cancellation policy, or intake document presented to you controls if it conflicts with general Website information.
5. Pet Information and Uploaded Materials
You are responsible for providing accurate health, behavior, medication, vaccination, emergency-contact, and care information relevant to your pet. By uploading a document or other material, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it and grant Pet Set permission to use it for service evaluation, scheduling, pet care, recordkeeping, safety, and legal compliance. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or unrelated material.
6. No Veterinary or Emergency Services
Pet Set is not a veterinary provider, and Website content does not replace professional veterinary care. For a medical emergency involving an animal, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency veterinary facility immediately.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Website; interfere with its security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; collect information about others without authorization; or use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original text, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Pet Set and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The Website may link to or embed services operated by third parties. Pet Set does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Access to a third-party service is at your discretion and subject to that provider’s terms.

13. Changes to the Website or Terms
We may change the Website or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Douglas County, Georgia.
